It started out as a skating center, which is still there but has new hardwood floors as well as a sound, video, and lighting system. A variety of other activities have been added to turn the venue into an entertainment center, including laser tag, bumper cars, a rock wall, a laser maze, jump-shot basketball, and a large arcade.

   Operated by the city, the Massillon Recreation Center has a nice variety of activities.
