Stark County has a large number of outstanding, one-of-a-kind museums that are well worth a visit. And why not head to one of the institutions on Museum Selfie Day, which falls on the third Wednesday in January? This day encourages visitors to take a selfie next to their favorite exhibit and post it to share with everyone. Ohio is second only to Virginia in the number of presidents that have come from the state. William McKinley Presidential Library & Museum has been called a "hidden gem" just minutes from Canton homes for sale. In addition to the memorial to our 25th president, which includes the final resting spot of McKinley and his family, the museum features a comprehensive exhibit displaying 200 years of Stark County history. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for kids ages 3-18. The museum is open from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (closed from noon - 1 p.m. for cleaning).
